View of the Boulevard du Temple, a daguerreotype made by Louis Daguerre in 1838, is generally accepted as the earliest photograph to include people. It is a view of a busy street, but because the exposure lasted for several minutes the moving traffic left no trace. Only the two men near the bottom left corner, one of them apparently having his boots polished by the other, remained in one place long enough to be visible.

Guidelines

  1. Each quiz team will have 2 members.
  2. There will be prelims where you will have to fill 25 questions in 5 minutes. The 8 highest scorers will be qualifying for finals. In case of a tie, the earliest wrong answer will be eliminated.
  3. Your videos must be on throughout the event.
  4. The quiz will take place in Google Meet where you will have the pounce/bounce rules of quizzing.
  5. Registration is mandatory. Upon registration the details will be informed via whatsapp.

Rules

  1. The "bounce" is directed to the team having their direct question. It will consist of +10/0 points per question.
  2. The "pounce" is open to all other teams where you will have to directly message the quizmaster the answer. Before doing so, you will "raise your hand" to confirm the pounce and you cannot rescind that. Pounce will carry +20/-10 points.
  3. The quizmaster's decision will be final and binding upon all participants.
